Former Charlton Athletic striker takes up managerial post
Former Charlton Athletic striker Paul Hayes has been named the new manager of Dunmow Town, who play in the Essex & Suffolk Border League.
The 39-year-old joined the Addicks in June 2011 and scored three goals in 22 appearances as Chris Powell’s side won the League One title.
Hayes moved to Brentford on a free transfer in August 2012.

Hayes set up a football agency, Aspiro Lifestyle Management, after retiring from the game.
