Kendrick Lamar has started rehearsals for hotly-anticipated London shows for The Grand
National tour.
He broke records with his sensational Super Bowl 2025 half-time show. Now eight weeks on, the memes are still flowing and his hits are dominating the charts, but fans have one burning question, where is Kendrick Lamar?
It’s been two months since he rocked the nation with his half-time show where he performed his Drake diss track They Not Like Us after teasing the audience beforehand who all tuned in to see if he would actually do the Grammy Award-winning hit.
Kendrick, who broke Super Bowl viewership records that night, has been keeping a low profile since his much-anticipated that has made him the most talked about performer on the planet – and now we have exclusive insight into what the megastar has been up to.
A source told South London Press Showbiz: “Kendrick is deep in rehearsals.
He’s got The Grand National tour and he’s going to be coming to London with SZA. It’s going to be something really special coming to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in July.
“His work ethic is incredible and he is already in work mode to give fans an experience they won’t forget.”
Kendrick is still leading the way in the charts, with his track Luther with Super Bowl collaborator SZA doing wonders. The superstars announced his world tour directly after the SB performance.
Kendrick and SZA are set to bring their tour to the UK as announced by Live Nation on February 10.
Kendrick is bringing his Grand National tour to Europe, with four dates set to take place in the UK throughout July, with shows in Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff and London.
Lamar is supported for all shows by Grammy Award winner, SZA, whose second studio album, SOS, debuted at No 1 on the Billboard 200 and features hit singles Kill Bill and Snooze.
The rapper, 37, stormed the stage at Caesars Superdome, in New Orleans, for the prestigious Super Bowl half-time show in February.
The game saw the Philadelphia Eagles trounce the Kansas City Chiefs 40 to 22.
The much-anticipated performance was watched by millions of music and sport fans at home while a number of celebrities had headed to the stadium in New Orleans including Jay Z, Taylor Swift and Ice Spice.
Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson introduced Kendrick to the stage dressed as Uncle Sam, while SZA performed alongside Kendrick and Drake’s ‘ex’ Serena Williams also made a cameo.
