EastEnder’s finest join star studded Pixar party

By Sarah Tetteh

EastEnders’ finest descended upon Oxford Street for a star- studded family get-together at the Disney Store’s Pixar party.

Joe Swash, who told me earlier this year he is STILL recover- ing for his gruesome stint on I’m A Celebrity: All Stars where he brought all the laughs and entertainment with EastEnders co-star Dean Gaffney.

Joe was there with his gorgeous wife Stacey Solomon, who enthusiastically had fun alongside the Pixar characters Joy and Sadness from the Inside Out movie franchise.

They were joined by pop stars Kimberley Wyatt of the Pussycat Dolls and Heidi Range from the Sugababes, along with television presenter Tayo Oguntonade.

Kids were in their element with the ‘streetmosphere’ performances by Pixar storytellers outside the store.

Inside, guests stepped into the creative world at the Make Your Own Forky craft table, where kids and adults brought the latest member of the Toy Story family to life, and they raced each other on the Scalextric track in honour of Pixar’s Cars.

Guests went mad for the Toy Story Pizza Planet Truck for actual cookies shaped as pizzas.

They burned off some energy with the Up-themed scavenger hunt and got some delux goodie bags filled with iconic plushies and a mug for the way home.

At the do last Sunday, guests had the exclusive opportunity to preview the latest Pixar products on sale at the Disney Store.

Special commemorations included the 15th anniversary of Disney and Pixar’s Up and the highly-anticipated release of Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2, all available online at DisneyStore.co.uk
