Shojon releases new track in aid of mental health charity

A Greenwich-born R&B artist has released a new track in aid of a mental health charity.

Shojon’s new single Theorem takes inspiration from the artist’s own struggles with depression, anxiety and substance abuse and shares the uplifting message that love will help you through.

The track blends R&B and Pop together with elements of EMO-Rap and has a laid-back guitar hook that interweaves with Shojon’s smooth vocals.

The artist has also commissioned a limited edition milk chocolate ‘Shojon bar’, which will raise money for the mental health charity Mind.

Having benefited from their resources, Shojon began volunteering for the charity, but the programme is due to end in March 2021 after the government cut funding. The artist is hoping the single will raise money and awareness for the good work the charity does.
