Chocolate Muffins
Chocolate Muffins @sugarandspiceheidi
Ingredients
100g self raising flour
200g caster sugar
50g cocoa.
100g chocolate chips
160ml of oil
150ml of water
1 tsp vanilla essence
One egg
Method
Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix together the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine both mixtures and fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop mixture into muffin cases and bake at 180 C for 20 minutes.
