Marvin Humes, Bradley Walsh and Amanda Holden at Variety Club Showbusiness Awards

He’s come a long way from home touring the world with JLS, but for Marvin Humes, South London will always be home.

“South London all the way. Are you kidding, of course! You guys have supported me from day one. I’ll always remember that,” Marvin tells the South London Press.

Despite soaring the heights of success reuniting with JLS, killing it in the ‘jungle’, these days Marvin likes to be known for his biggest role to date – dad.

He shares three gorgeous children, Alai-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake, three, with Rochelle, who looked stunning on the night on the couple’s rare date night at the Variety Club Showbusiness Awards 2024.

He said: “Three kids. They keep us busy right. I’m loving it though.

“Yep, we’re lucky enough to have a date night tonight, and for such a good cause. We’re so proud of Rochelle for her award. It’s incredible.”

Rochelle, who scooped the Variety Club Silver Heart Award for Outstanding Achievement, in Entrepreneurship and Entertainment, looked sensational in an off-the-shoulder floaty black gown.

The Coco beauty range founder, who used to be in The Saturdays pop band, said: “To win an award for being an entrepreneur means so much to me, I cannot tell you.

“I definitely have not had the conventional root into business. I left a pop group not really knowing what I was going to do.”

Amanda Holden truly was the hostess with the mostess as she thanked her Global radio team – in a way they will never forget.

She said: “I’d like to thank Global for being there – paying my mortgage, holidays and plastic surg……”

Yep, we know the rest! Still, she looked fabulous as ever and had the crowd hanging off her every word all night.

Bradley Walsh paid a touching tribute to his wife Donna as he accepted his award.

The TV host and former Corrie star, who scooped outstanding contribution to television on the night, joked: “She’s been in our game for so long. Not on the game.”

He added: “My love to you Don, and all our family.’ He thanked God for always looking out for him, being in the right place the right time, with the right jobs.

He ended by encouraging fans to stay hopeful and said:“I’d like to thank Variety awards because the kids are our future. Don’t give up.”
