Fun-filled family day out at the sixth annual Kidbrooke Village fete
Live music and traditional fairground rides and activities will transform Cator Park into a fun-filled family day out with the sixth annual Kidbrooke Village fête on Saturday, August 4.
This year’s free community event runs from midday to 5pm and will see the return of the popular street food vendors which attended the Kidbrooke Village Street Food Fest at the end of June.
There will also be a circus workshop for kids, a giant games area, face painting, family photo session, coconut shy and hook-a-duck.
or the competitive types, there will also be popular sports day games including the three legged race, sack race, egg and spoon race and a tug of war.
There will be stalls from the regular Kidbrooke Village Farmers’ Market, which takes place on the first Saturday of every month, the London Wildlife Trust, Safer Neighbourhood team, Girl Guides, South London Scouts and many more.
