20-year-old man hospitalised after being stabbed in Thornton Heath
Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to after a 20-year-old was stabbed earlier this month.
At around 3.30pm on January 8, police were called to reports of a stabbing in Beulah Road in Thornton Heath.
When they arrived they found a 20-year-old man who had been stabbed, who was then taken to a South London hospital.
He remains in hospital in a stable condition.
The image released by the police shows a man wearing a long black puffer coat with white writing on the hood, dark trousers and dark trainers.
A police spokesman said: “Police were called at approximately 3.35pm on Saturday, January 8, to reports of a stabbing in Beulah Road.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a 20-year-old man suffering stab injuries.
“He was taken to a South London hospital for treatment, where he remains in a stable condition.”
