Capel Manor College launches new identity and website

Capel Manor College, London’s leading environmental college providing full and part-time courses for young people and adults, has announced the launch of its new brand identity and website.

The changes come at a time when the college is evolving its digital strategy to enhance the student experience and make it easier for people to apply for courses online.

The newly-designed brand and website has been developed in collaboration with digital agency, Itineris, and is the result of 12 months of research and development with external audiences and college staff, governors and students, including online surveys and focus groups.

Malcolm Goodwin, principal of Capel Manor College, said: “Our new website and brand design marks the start of a really important phase for the college.

“Our innovative digital strategy and fresh, modern identity build on the very strong values we have always had around being absolutely focused on students’ aspirations and outcomes, professionalism and excellence.

“We are also acutely aware of the need for climate and environmental interventions and the expectations of today’s learners and stakeholders. The website positions us well to respond to both.”

The new website features an online application form and an easy-to-use navigation system, where courses can be filtered by subject, campus or level.

A live chat function has been added to support prospective students with their queries and allow them the opportunity to speak directly with the admissions team before applying online.

In addition, students can now register for upcoming open days and advice evenings where they can explore campuses and find out more about available courses.

Capel Manor College is still accepting applications for courses starting in September 2020, and students can learn more by registering for the college’s upcoming virtual open day via their website, which takes place on Wednesday, June 17.
