Dozens of firefighters tackle Putney house fire
Dozens of firefighters tackled a blaze which spread through two floors of a house in Putney last night.
Six fire engines and about 40 firefighters were called to the fire at a semi-detached house in Schubert Road.
Half of the second floor and part of the first floor were damaged by the flames. There were no reports of any injuries, the London Fire Brigade (LFB) said.

Firefighters used a 32-metre turntable ladder as an observation tower to provide the Incident Commander with an aerial view of the fire.
The LFB received their first call to the incident at around 8.20pm. Crews from Wandsworth, Battersea, Fulham and Tooting fire stations brought the fire under control by around 9.45pm.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
