Man stabbed in the chest multiple times then arrested

A man in his 20’s was taken to hospital after he was stabbed multiple times in broad daylight.

Police were called at around 4pm yesterday to a report of an altercation on Chatterton Road, Bromley.

Officers attended the scene along with the London Ambulance Service.

A man was found with stab wounds to his chest and taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as non life-threatening.

He was later arrested on suspicion of affray.

The Met’s enquiries remain ongoing.
