Police look for suspect after man sexually assaulted late at night in Tube station

The British Transport Police (BTP) have released an image of a man they are looking for in connection with a sexual assault on another man in a Tube station late at night.

The assault took place at Green Park Underground station, Westminster, at around midnight on September 30.

The victim was walking from the Victoria Line towards the Piccadilly Line when a man approached him, asking for directions and shaking his hand.

The man allegedly sexually assaulted the victim and bit his chest twice.

Officers would like to speak to the man in the CCTV image who they believe may have information that could help their investigation.

A spokesperson from the BTP said: “Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 121 of 01/10/23.

“Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
