Rohan Trotman killing: Man arrested in Kent
A has been arrested in Kent over the killing of 26-year-old Rohan Trotman, who was stabbed to death last month.
On Thursday, a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder. He is currently in police custody.
Mr Trotman was killed in Nunhead Green on June 25.
Police were called at around 9.20pm to reports of a stabbing in Nunhead Green, near to the junction with Gordon Road, Peckham.
Mr Trotman had suffered stab wounds and had been taken to hospital by a member of the public.
Despite the efforts of medical staff, he died in hospital at 9.30am the following morning.
Detective Chief Inspector Laurence Smith, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “Rohan’s family and friends have been left devastated by his death. I know there are people in the community who have information about the circumstances in which he suffered the fatal stab wounds.
“If they have not already done so, I would urge them to contact police.
“I also continue to appeal to anyone who was in the area of Nunhead Green at around 9.20pm on Sunday, June 25, who saw any of this incident to get in touch. You may have information that could prove vital to this investigation.”
