Two weeks left for Greenwich businesses to submit nominations for annual awards

Greenwich businesses have just two weeks left to submit their nominations for the council’s annual awards.

Nominations for the Best of Royal Greenwich Business Awards 2024 will close on October 7.

The awards are free to enter, and open to anyone who owns or manages a business in Greenwich. 

This year’s awards offer 14 categories to choose from. Businesses can enter a maximum of two of the following categories: Best Food and Drink Venue, Best New Business, Greener Greenwich, Health and Wellbeing, High Street Business, Innovation, Made in Greenwich, Market or Mobile Trader, Digital, Professional Service, Tourism and Culture and Staff Development. 

Two new categories have also been introduced, Entrepreneur Under 30, and Entrepreneur Over 30, in a bid to inspire future business leaders.   

By taking part, businesses will be in the running to win the top prize of £3,000 to spend on their business.

With only 20 tickets left, applicants also have the opportunity to meet the judges on September 25, at the Woolwich Town Hall, to gain exclusive insight into what they are looking for.
