Woman and a man in 70s left hospitalised with serious injuries after ‘hit-and-run’ in Forest Hill
A woman and a man in his 70s have been left hospitalised with serious injuries after a vehicle collision in Forest Hill.
Police were called to Dartmouth Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
At around 2am a dark coloured vehicle, make and model unknown, was travelling southbound when it was in a collision with the two pedestrians, a woman in her 30s and a man in his 70s.
The vehicle did not stop at the scene and no arrests have been made at this time.
Both pedestrians were taken to a South London hospital with serious injuries and remain in hospital.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are investigating.
They are particularly keen to hear from any drivers who were in Dartmouth Road around the time of the collision and who may have recorded the events leading up to the collision on dashcam.
