Charlton Athletic set for winger boost for derby against AFC Wimbledon
Charlton winger Mark Marshall is set to resume full training tomorrow and put himself into contention for Saturday’s home derby against AFC Wimbledon.
The summer signing from Bradford City has seen his campaign make a slow start due to injuries.
But Marshall is poised to boost the attacking options available to Addicks chief Karl Robinson for this weekend’s clash at The Valley.
“Marshy is going to train on Thursday – so he should be back for selection,” said Robinson. “The lads trained Monday and Tuesday, we’ll pick the best team we feel is physically ready to cope with AFC Wimbledon.”
