Charlton will land home tie in next round of EFL Trophy – with Orient, Northampton, Swindon and Reading all possible opponents
Charlton Athletic will find out their next opponents in the EFL Trophy on Friday evening.
The draw will be made at around 6.10pm on Sky Sports News by former Crystal Palace winger Jobi McAnuff and ex-QPR player Jamie Mackie.
The Addicks are guaranteed a home fixture due to being a group winner and the competition also remains regionalised. It means that Nathan Jones’ side will face either Leyton Orient, Northampton, Swindon or Reading.
The matches in the last 32 of the tournament will take place on the week commencing December 9.
Charlton won all three of their group fixtures with the most recent being the 1-0 success over Bromley with Miles Leaburn on target.
