Charlton winger drawing interest from three clubs

Charlton have fielded enquiries about Charlie Kirk – with three clubs interested in securing a permanent transfer.

The 24-year-old, who began his career at Crewe, made 15 appearances for the Addicks in all competitions, but only started five league games.

He went out on loan to Blackpool and made enough of an impression for the Tangerines to be one of the interested clubs. Hibs and Reading have also been linked to the winger.

Kirk came on as a late substitute in Saturday’s opening league fixture – the 2-2 draw at Accrington.
