Juan Castillo, 21, has extended his contract by a year before being farmed out to Birmingham City.
Last season he played for AZ Alkmaar second team then moved to Den Haag where he made 17 first-team appearances.
Chelsea Women’s boss Emma Hayes has signed a new undisclosed contract. She has been in charge for nine years and 249 matches.
Hayes has overseen four Super League titles, two FA Cups, two Continental League Cups, the FA WSL Spring Series, and the Women’s FA Community Shield.
She said: “Everyone knows what this club means to me. The work we’ve done together over the last nine years has been hugely rewarding, full of growth of the women’s game, accompanied with winning, which is one of the club’s key values.
“I really look forward to keep building on the successes we’ve already achieved and I’m delighted to have extended further.”
Head of performance for the women’s side Bart Caubergh has left.
He said: “It’s been an amazing two years winning five trophies. Now it’s time for a new adventure.”
