Nathan Green has joined Welling United – with Dulwich Hamlet boss Gavin Rose saying his work commitments prevented him being able to meet an increasing training schedule next season.
Green and Sanchez Ming have both signed for the Wings with the latter spending the end of the last campaign with the National League South side.
Dulwich are in the same division and have made a number of additions to their squad.
“We’re going to three mornings [training] next season and Nathan has a job as a labourer which has a lot of responsibility,” said Rose. “We did three mornings about three years ago when we first signed Nathan and he was able to negotiate time off from work.
“But being a more senior worker means more responsibility and he won’t be able to get away. It is just unfortunate we are unable to retain him. He has been a real credit and pleasure to work with.
“He has helped the club in its progression in to becoming a Conference South team. A lot of times he has played with injury – he has run through brick walls for the team and the club.
“Sanchez wasn’t getting games in the second part of season and finished it at Welling. For us we were probably looking in another direction, but that doesn’t discount his contribution that Sanchez has made to us – which is quite a big one.”
