Ep 7: Lions churned over by Tractor Boys, El Tel tributes and May hits the spot – South London Press Football Pod

Welcome back to episode seven of the South London Press Football Pod!

Sports editor Richard Cawley and reporter Edmund Brack sit down to chat all things Crystal Palace, Millwall, Charlton and AFC Wimbledon this week.

We start off with a tribute to Terry Venables after he passed away at the age of 80 last weekend, with former Crystal Palace winger Vince Hilaire paying respects to El Tel.

The Eagles head to West Ham this week looking to end a run of two defeats in the Premier League but Roy Hodgson’s side have suffered two injury blows following the loss at Luton.

We also have reaction from Millwall’s loss at Ipswich, Charlton’s win at home to Cheltenham and discuss AFC Wimbledon’s defeat at Gillingham.
