Ex-Charlton loanee lands League One deal after release
League One rivals Crawley Town have re-signed Panutche Camara on an initial two-year deal following his release from Ipswich.
Camara spent last season on loan with Charlton but only made 13 appearances in an injury-hit campaign at The Valley.
The midfielder featured in Nathan Jones’ first five outings but missed out on the final 11 games of the season.
Guinea-Bissau international Camara enjoyed a successful spell with Crawley before joining from Dulwich Hamlet in 2017 and making 118 appearances.
Crawley won promotion to League One following their League Two play-off final win over Crewe at Wembley.
The Addicks face Crawley at the Valley on December 3. They head to the Broadfield Stadium on New Year’s Day 2025.
