Former Wimbledon player sweeps up end of season awards at National League club
Ex-AFC Wimbledon midfielder Anthony Hartigan has swept up the accolades at Barnet’s end of season awards.
The 24-year-old – on loan from Mansfield Town – has enjoyed a successful campaign with the Bees as they look to win promotion back to the Football League.
Hartigan has made 43 appearances for Barnet, who find themselves second in the National League and set to claim a spot in the play-off semi-finals, in all competitions.
The Wimbledon academy product was announced as Barnet’s Players’ Player of the Season, Manager’s Player of the Season, Goal of the Season and Young Player of the Season.
Hartigan left the Dons as a free agent at the end of the 2021-22 season and made 153 first-team appearances – scoring five goals and racking up 13 assists – before joining Mansfield at the start of the 2022-23 season.
