Crystal Palace’s poor home record in the 2024-25 Premier League campaign continued on Saturday evening as they suffered a 2-1 defeat at Selhurst Park to Everton.
The Toffees went ahead before half-time when the capitalised on a mistake from Tyrick Mitchell and Jefferson Lerma, with Beto applying the finish.
Jean-Philippe Mateta equalised for the South Londoners at the start of the second half but Carlos Alcaraz scored the winner on his first Premier League start for the visitors with 10 minutes left to play.
