Loan watch: Millwall striker is back on the goal trail as centre-back has to settle for substitute role
Isaac Olaofe scored the first goal of his second loan spell at Sutton United as they beat Portsmouth 2-0 in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday night.
The on-loan Millwall striker – nicknamed Tanto – opened the scoring in the 55th minute of the Group J match at Fratton Park.
Lewisham-born Olaofe hit 14 goals in 37 appearances for the Yellows last season as they won the National League title.
The forward only recently returned to fitness after suffering a hip flexor injury in pre-season.
Olaofe, pictured above, has a 100 per cent record since returning to Sutton, making two appearances off the bench as they beat Carlisle United 4-0 and then defeated Port Vale 4-3 last weekend.
Lions centre-back Hayden Muller, 19, has started five of the opening eight Scottish Premiership matches for St Johnstone. He was an 80th minute sub in their 3-1 win over Dundee before the international break.
Fellow defender Alex Mitchell is yet to taste defeat during his temporary stint at Leyton Orient.
He missed their 3-2 loss at Port Vale but came back in to play the full 90 minutes as they drew 1-1 at Barrow on Saturday.
Left-back Junior Tiensia, 19, has missed Dover’s last four National League matches due to a pulled stomach muscle.
The teenager joined the Whites on loan until January 2. They are managed by former Gillingham and Watford midfielder Andy Hessenthaler.
