Sidcup boxer DP Carr moved his record to 9-0

Sidcup boxer DP Carr moved his record to 9-0 with a points victory over Paul Holt on Friday night at Bethnal Green’s York Hall.

Four of the 28-year-old’s victories have seen him go the distance.

Carr turned professional in October 2015.

Sam Cantwell was due to be in action on Saturday night – facing Georgi Andonov at the same venue. But he was pulled out of boxing after feeling unwell at the weigh-in.

The Bexleyheath super-flyweight, 30, has not fought since April 2017.
