Charlton Athletic v AFC Wimbledon team line-ups: Addicks make two changes while Dons switch three players from last League One action
Charlton Athletic have made two changes for today’s derby with AFC Wimbledon at The Valley.
The Addicks are without Akin Famewo, who injured his ankle in training this week, while Chuks Aneke drops to the bench.
Lee Bowyer has brought Marcus Maddison and Omar Bogle into his starting line up.
Midfielder Albie Morgan misses out as he self-isolates.
Dons manager Glyn Hodges has made three changes from their last League One action with Terell Thomas, Shane McLoughlin and Steve Seddon coming in and Nesta Guinness-Walker, Will Nightingale and Cheye Alexander listed amongst the substitutes.
Former Addicks striker Joe Pigott has got nine goals in 19 matches this season – the same amount he got in the whole of the 2019-20 campaign.
Both teams have been far more productive on their travels with only Hull (19) taking more points than Charlton (17). But the Addicks are 15th in the table for home form (10) and the Dons (eight) are 17th.
Charlton: Amos, Gunter, Pearce, Pratley, Maatsen, Watson, Gilbey, Forster-Caskey, Maddison, Washington, Bogle. Subs: Maynard-Brewer, Purrington, Oshilaja, Williams, Aneke, Matthews, Levitt.
AFC Wimbledon: Trueman, Csoka, Thomas, Seddon, Heneghan, Woodyard, Hartigan, Rudoni, McLoughlin, Longman, Pigott. Subs: Tzanev, Nightingale, Alexander, Palmer, Chislett, Guinness-Walker, Reilly.
