Woman attacked by man and robbed in Victoria railway station toilets

A woman using the public toilets at Victoria railway station was followed by a man who hit her over the head and made off with her headphones.

The blow caused the victim to fall to the ground.

Officers are today releasing images of a man they would like to speak to about the incident, which happened at around 7.50am on Thursday, January 19.

The toilets are located near platform one. After the attack, the man fled the station via the Hudson’s Place exit.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40. In both cases, please quote reference number 328 of 19/01/23.
