Alzheimer’s Society are holding ‘Carols at Christmas’ hosted by Carey Mulligan at Southwark Cathedral, December 18th
On 18 December Alzheimer’s Society will be holding ‘Carols at Christmas’ at Southwark Cathedral.
Hosted by Carey Mulligan, Carols at Christmas will feature festive readings and uplifting musical performances from some very special guests.
The event is suitable for all ages and participation is wholly encouraged.
We want to invite all of London to come along and enjoy an evening of festive cheer and raise vital funds for individuals and families affected by dementia.
There are two ticket types available to purchase, with the option to come along to the pre-concert reception in the cathedral grounds and start the festivities early.
This ticket, priced at £60, admits you to the concert, plus pre-reception, serving drinks and nibbles.
Everyone at the South London Press thanks you for your continued support.
Former Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has encouraged everyone in the country who can afford to do so to buy a newspaper, and told the Downing Street press briefing:
“A FREE COUNTRY NEEDS A FREE PRESS, AND THE NEWSPAPERS OF OUR COUNTRY ARE UNDER SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL PRESSURE”
If you can afford to do so, we would be so grateful if you can make a donation which will allow us to continue to bring stories to you, both in print and online.
