Driver taken to hospital after Beckenham lorry collision
by Paris Tundervary
A collision has occurred near a secondary school involving a lorry and a car, which had left the lorry overturned and the road closed to traffic.
The driver of the car was taken to a South London hospital with minor injuries.
Police were called at 2.30pm on Thursday November 14 to reports of a crash on Kent House Road, Beckenham.
A year eight student who was walking home just after the incident happened said: “It was so scary – there were police and some people were recording it on their phones.”
