Further arrests made in Loeike Guei murder investigation
Two more men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man’s body was found on fire in Mitcham.
A 31-year-old man was arrested yesterday on suspicion of the murder of Loeike Guei and following an interview he has been released with no further action.
A 30-year-old man was arrested today on suspicion of murder and perverting the course of justice – he remains in custody at a west London police station.
The investigation was launched after the body of Loeike, aged 23 from Thornton Heath, was found on Commonside East, Mitcham on September 17.
Two men have previously been charged and appeared in court with Loeike’s murder.
