Alastair Thrush leaves roles as head of medical services at Charlton Athletic

Charlton Athletic have announced the departure of Alastair Thrush, who had been in charge of their medical department.
Thrush had spent six years as Arsenal’s physio before moving to the SE7 club in July 2016.
The Addicks issued a short statement this afternoon.

They said: “Alastair Thrush has left his role as the club’s head of medical services.

“The club would like to thank him for his work over the last four years and wish him the best for the future.”
