Charlton Athletic boss Nathan Jones up for February MOTM award

Nathan Jones has been nominated for February’s League One Manager of the Month.

The Addicks took 10 points from their five matches in that period to move firmly into the play-off equation.

Also up for the award is Birmingham’s Chris Davies – with the league leaders picking up 13 points from their five fixtures – as well as Stockport County’s Dave Challinor. County matched Charlton’s points total over the month.

The final nominee is Bolton Wanderers’ Steven Schumacher, who produced comback victories against Crawley Town, Shrewsbury and Leyton Orient.

The winner will be announced on Friday.

Jones was also nominated for the award in March along with Alfie May but they missed out to Paul Warne, then Derby chief, and Lincoln City’s Joe Taylor.
