Gillingham sign Dulwich Hamlet striker Clarke
Gillingham have signed Dulwich Hamlet striker Jayden Clarke.
The 21-year-old, who had a stint with Tottenham as a junior, is available for the League Two club’s match against Colchester on Saturday.
Hamlet manager Paul Barnes told the club;s YouTube channel: “Normal managers might react negatively and think about it from selfish reasons but it is never about that for me.
“Jayden has come back from a sticky patch and been consistent through the last few months and that’s given him this opportunity.
“That’s what the club should be, in terms of developing players, giving them a platform and they can push to the Football League. I couldn’t be any prouder.”
